Martell Glommen - Vice President, Loan Servicing Manager

Martell's extensive experience in commercial loan closing and servicing began when he joined Mason-McDuffie Co. in 1965. He helped form Mason-McDuffie Financial Corporation as a principal in 1982. In addition to participating in corporate activities, he has been managing the company's Servicing and Closing departments since that time. After graduating from the University of California at Berkeley in 1969 with a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Economics, he completed several post-graduate classes in financial accounting and law. Martell has also served on several national Mortgage Banking Association panels on Servicing and Closing.


Catherine Lutz - Loan Analyst II, Servicing

Catherine has over 30 years of experience in commercial and residential real estate. Catherine joined Mason-McDuffie Financial in September of 2002. Prior to that time, she managed customer service and property taxes for several lending institutions. Catherine posts mortgage payments and processes insurance renewals, property taxes and UCC filings.


Albert Reis - Loan Analyst II, Servicing

Albert has been in the financial services industry since 1992. He began his career in the commercial banking industry when he joined Mason-McDuffie Financial in February of 1999. Albert handles most of the investor accounting and loan review reporting, as well as all post-closing property inspections. He is a graduate of the University of California at Berkeley and is actively continuing his education.
