Cheryl Higdon - Loan Analyst

Cheryl joined Mason-McDuffie Financial Corporation in 2007. She has been in commercial real estate lending (custom construction/developer construction and permanent financing) for over 13 years. She attended Diablo Valley College in the greater East Bay of California. Prior to joining Mason-McDuffie Financial Corporation / INTERVEST, she worked for Wells Fargo Bank in their Commercial Real Estate Loan Administration Dept. She has also worked for Bank of the West and Norwest Mortgage. She currently underwrites commercial real estate property in our Walnut Creek production office.

Dianna Corrado - Loan Analyst

Dianna has been in commercial real estate banking for over 20 years and has been employed with INTERVEST since 2004. Her responsibilities as a Loan Analyst include collecting the necessary data to underwrite the loan request, preparing the loan proposals for credit approval, preparing cash flow analyses, analyzing borrower and guarantor financial statements, and assembling documentation for loan closing. Prior to joining INTERVEST, Dianna was with Marcus and Millichap Capital Corporation, Comerica Bank, U.S. Bank and Weyerhaeuser Mortgage Company.
